If you need to make changes or cancel your order, please contact us promptly. Once an order has been packed or shipped, cancellations may no longer be possible.

Refunds, when applicable, are issued to the original payment method used through PayPal. Please allow 5–7 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your financial institution.
