You have 15 calendar days from the delivery date to request a return or exchange. Whether it's a size issue or a change of mind, we’re here to help make it right.

Return Process

2. Pack Securely – Items should be in their original condition with all tags and packaging included.

3. Ship It Back – Use a trackable shipping method of your choice to return the item.

4. Receive a Resolution – Once we inspect your return, we’ll process either a refund or an exchange based on your request.

Return Requirements

To be eligible for a return:

• The item must be in unused, original condition

• All tags, labels, and packaging must be intact

• The return must be initiated and completed within 15 days of receipt

Refunds

Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Once processed, please allow 5–7 business days for the funds to reflect in your account.

Please note: buyers are responsible for return shipping costs, and original shipping charges (if applicable) are non-refundable.
